3. How We Use AI (Gemini 1.5 Pro)

To provide "Smart Summaries," our system utilizes Gemini 1.5 Pro AI to analyze legal documents.

  • Data processed by the AI is used solely for generating summaries and identifying deadlines for your account.
  • We do not use your confidential legal documents to train AI models.

4. Data Security & Storage

As an IT-led compliance group, we prioritize security:

  • Encryption: All digital scans are stored using industry-standard encryption.
  • Highly sensitive data like SSN/ITIN is processed via encrypted channels and permanently deleted from active records immediately after official filing is confirmed.
  • We maintain PCI-DSS compliance standards through our partnership with Stripe to ensure the highest level of security for your financial data.
  • Physical Destruction: Physical mail is shredded using secure document destruction methods 30 days after digital delivery.

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your data. We only disclose information to government authorities (like the NY Department of State) when required by laws such as the NYLLTA or upon receipt of a valid subpoena.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to maintain records as your Registered Agent.
